Thorough case history, physical and functional exams to determine the cause of symptoms. (One time only exam fee for NEW PATIENT EXAM ONLY). Treatment not included in exam fee. Exam fee ranges from $85 to $125 depending on severity of case. Custom treatment options are case dependent and vary in price according to therapy provided and will be added to the new patient exam fee. A $35 dollar no call no show fee will be charged to the card on file if an appointment is missed with no communication.
