Massage Therapy • Injury Rehab • Ongoing Maintenance • Performance Optimization • Nervous System Down-regulation Brad brings a wealth of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they love, whether that’s playing competitive sports or simply keeping up with everyday life. His approach focuses on myofascial work and nervous system down-regulation, using longer holds and sustained pressure rather than gliding or traditional Swedish massage techniques. Treatments are low-oil and involve still, targeted contact to help release tension patterns, improve mobility, and support the body in shifting out of protective or overactive states. This style is often a good fit for people who prefer a more calming, therapeutic experience or who don’t respond well to deep tissue or Swedish-style massage. Brad works with a wide range of clients—from athletes to people managing everyday pain and stiffness—always adapting to what the body needs that day. Outside the clinic, he stays active with his wife and two daughters in Canyon Heights.
