Hi, Im Lauren! I am a trauma informed yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist. Balancing the demands of everyday life often leaves little room for self-care. I would love to hold space for you and support you in feeling your best. Its so important to feel good in our bodies as they carry us through lifes experiences.
