Born and raised in Winnipeg, educated at the University of Manitoba (2008) and Northwestern Health Sciences University (2011). After working solely in Stonewall for over 12 years, where she's known for providing intense, but effective care, she's adding hours in Winnipeg. She has long specialized in soft tissue manipulation, incorporating the concepts of Active Release Technique, Stecco fascial manipulation, acupuncture, dry needling, as well as various joint mobilization techniques into a unique approach to tackle pain and dysfunction. She has experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries related to living life, work, sports, surgeries and accidents. All ages are welcome and with a heavy emphasis on communication, we'll work together to customize a treatment plan to incorporate hands-on treatment and exercises for your pain management and movement goals. In her personal time, her interests include cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family (which includes her clowder of cats).
