I’m a dedicated physical therapist who brings to Well in Montclair a wealth of knowledge and experience. A proud Jersey City native, I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Dominican University, where I developed a passion for helping individuals regain their strength and mobility. With extensive experience both domestically and internationally, I have worked as a physical therapist for professional and semi-professional rugby teams, enhancing athletic performance and facilitating recovery. My expertise has also made me a sought-after therapist for celebrities and influencers in Los Angeles, as well as partners at Goldman Sachs in the New York area, where I focused on tailored rehabilitation and wellness strategies. I hold certifications in Vestibular and Concussion Management and Dry Needling, equipping me with specialized skills to address a range of conditions. My holistic approach prioritizes each patient’s unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. I particularly enjoy working with highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are eager to get back to what they love doing. Outside of the clinic, I am an avid outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy snowboarding, skiing, tennis, golf, and running. A fan of adventure, I love camping and exploring new places on road trips. My commitment to wellness extends beyond my profession, as I embody a healthy, active lifestyle that hopefully inspires my patients. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, or seeking to enhance your physical performance, I will be here to support you on your journey to optimal health.
Your first physical therapy appointment will address current concerns as well as past information pertinent to the issue. We will discuss how the injury and/or pain is impacting your life - this could include eating, sleeping and digestion. After a physical exam we can look at alignment and devise a plan of treatment. Together we can achieve the goal of improving your daily activities.
