Lauren has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2022 and brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to her work, shaped by experience in both spa and clinical environments. She believes in the power of preventative and holistic care, and tailors each treatment to meet her clients’ unique needs, goals, and comfort levels. Lauren works with people of all ages and backgrounds, supporting concerns such as chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries, headaches, and pre- and post-pregnancy care.
