Joy in Motion

47 Northcote Ave, Unit 4, Toronto, ON, M6J 3K2

Freedom of movement allows freedom of self. Whether that means rock climbing, crushing a workout, or keeping up with your kids, we were meant to move - that’s why it’s called move-meant! Whether you’re dealing with a new or nagging injury, are feeling stressed, or are looking to maintain your health, it’s a joy to be a part of your health journey. My goal is to offer a sanctuary that allows the body to speak. By listening, the body’s its innate healing abilities are facilitated. My journey started as a child playing many sports, overcoming injuries, and feeling how physical limitations my mental health. Studying Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, Massage Therapy at Sutherland-Chan, and Osteopathy at Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy has taught me that learning about the body is one of the most important things a person can do. My goal is to share what I’ve learned to create a curiosity and understanding that you can take home.
