Soul2Sole Massage Duggan Clinic

3909 106 St. NW, Edmonton, AB, T6J2S3

I am a certified Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over 11 years of clinical experience. I am a graduate of the University of Alberta. Prior to entering massage therapy, I worked as a midwife and have provided ongoing caregiving services to veterans for the past eight years, a role I continue to hold. My practice focuses on evidence-informed, client-centered care. I provide individualized treatment plans that may include full-body relaxation massage, therapeutic and deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and treatment for conditions such as muscle tension, restricted mobility, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, and sciatica. I work with a broad patient population, including prenatal and preconception clients, pediatric massage, and individuals seeking adjunct therapies such as reflexology, hot stone therapy, and cupping. Each treatment is adapted to the client’s health history, goals, and comfort level. I entered this profession with a strong commitment to relieving pain and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. My background in caregiving shaped my compassionate approach to care, and I find deep meaning in helping clients feel safe, supported, and restored as they progress toward improved function and overall well-being.

Massage Therapy

Deep tissue massage is to apply firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue surrounding muscles. It’s beneficial to chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. We will focus on either upper or lower body depend on where the problem is.

Lymphatic Drainage

60 mins Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Manual Lymphatic Drainage involves light, smooth, rhythmic touch to the skin plus pumping at the lymph nodes. These techniques encourage the Lymphatic system to better do its job: gathering old cells (including pathogens, toxins and plasma proteins), guiding them out of the body and making way for newly oxygenated cells to nourish organs, muscles and extremities. Lymphatic Drainage may be helpful for many reasons: pre and post surgery, post workout soreness, recovery post sickness, spring cleaning, relaxation and especially to treat fluid retention.
