I am an empathetic, curious soul who loves deeply and dreams big. Following my intuition for wanting to help others and pursue a more fulfilling work-life balance, I became a registered reflexologist. Shortly after that, I started to collect other certifications in different modalities. This path has led me to my next big adventure of quitting my full-time graphic design job in 2024 to go back to school for massage therapy. I graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science & Technology’s Massage & Hydrotherapy program in May 2025 and became a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO in July 2025. My approach to massage therapy focuses on calming the nervous system to promote relaxation, to help soften the body, and release built-up tension. This allows me to be able to better treat the underlying muscles that are causing issues. I use a blend of techniques such as Swedish Massage, hydrotherapy, fascial release, gentle stretching, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, reflexology, and energy work to provide a whole body approach to treatment. ###**Other Certifications:** Functional Cupping | Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) | Usui Reiki levels 1 & 2 ###**Other Associations:** Reflexology Association of Canada | Canadian Reiki Association
Massage
✧ 75-Minutes Initial Visit not required to book this treatment ✧ ✺ ideal for those who are looking for deep relaxation & who are deprived of rest ✺ This specific treatment will consist of intuitive body work to promote relaxation, focusing on nervous system regulation. I will be using a blend of Swedish massage techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, and gentle stretching using light to moderate pressure to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest system). During a portion of your treatment, I will be incorporating a calming and intentional scalp massage with gentle hair pulling using a warm oil blend to stimulate blood flow to the scalp, followed by a facial massage, and ending your treatment with reiki energy healing to send you off feeling fully rejuvenated *CAUTION: if you apply coconut oil too soon to freshly dyed hair (within 24–72 hours), it might interfere with how the pigment sets, especially if: ▸ You didn’t rinse the dye thoroughly ▸ You used a semi-permanent or direct dye (like Manic Panic, Arctic Fox, or Pulp Riot) So be sure to schedule your appointment accordingly as a precaution if you have vivid colours in your hair.
Reflexology
Foot reflexology is a therapeutic, holistic, non-invasive practice that involves applying gentle pressure using my thumbs & fingers to specific reflex points on the feet believed to correspond with different organs and systems in the body. This holistic technique helps promote relaxation, improve circulation and sleep, decrease anxiety, and support overall well-being. It is ideal for stress relief and restoring homeostasis due to its ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system -- our rest, repair & digest system. It is a rejuvenating & grounding modality, perfect to add to any wellness routine. ▿ stand-alone reflexology treatment is not billable unless your insurance policy specifically covers it
