I am a massage therapist that graduated from the Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics. I am passionate about helping others feel their best so they may live their life to the fullest. I strive to provide each client with a personalized treatment in a safe and caring environment. I feel very honored and humbled when someone chooses me to be their massage therapist. I specialize in various forms of massage: Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue, injury treatment, pregnancy, intra-oral and sports. I love working with all types of bodies from young to old. When Im not working, Im busy taking care of my 3 boys and my dog. I love to hike, run, walk, play games with my boys, cook, garden and just relax (when I get a chance). :-)
I use a mixture of Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point, cupping and sports massage to address all of your needs. Every massage is tailored to every client. Aromatherapy is included, if desired.
