Angelica is a Registered Massage Therapist whose practice bridges clinical precision with yogic wisdom. Her approach integrates both the physical and energetic dimensions of the body—working through muscle, fascia, and subtle energy pathways to bring balance and coherence to the whole being. Grounded in anatomy and ancient philosophy, she supports the body’s natural capacity to heal through conscious touch, breath awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional release—guiding the body back to its natural rhythm and alignment. Her journey began in her late twenties while studying yoga in India. From there, she left her office career to immerse herself in the study of Traditional Hatha, Kundalini, Aerial Yoga, Thai Massage, Reiki, and Massage Therapy. Through her own experiences of injury, she discovered the profound healing benefits of Massage Therapy, Meditation, and Yoga in supporting her recovery from post-concussion syndrome, chronic back pain (scoliosis), and nervous system dysregulation. Education Angelica holds a Diploma in Massage Therapy from ICT Kikkawa College and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Her additional training includes multiple Yoga certifications, Reiki (Level II), and Traditional Thai Massage. These disciplines collectively inform her integrative approach to bodywork, blending structure and subtle energy awareness in each treatment. Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness in Therapy A certified Yoga teacher since 2018, Angelica has shared her practice in communities across Toronto and internationally. She has co-facilitated Yoga Teacher Trainings abroad, teaching Yoga Anatomy and offering Massage Therapy at women’s retreats. Angelica continues to facilitate Yoga, Thai Massage, and Sound Healing workshops at festivals and wellness events in Canada and abroad, where she integrates movement, mindfulness, and sound as tools for self-regulation and embodiment. Personal Practice & Embodied Expression Beyond her clinical practice, Angelica continues to explore embodiment through yoga, flow arts, herbalism and feminine healing. These disciplines cultivate presence, rhythm, and breath awareness—principles that inform her therapeutic touch and deepen her understanding of the body as both instrument and expression. Her devotion to movement and energy work reflects her belief that the path of healing begins with embodiment and the willingness to listen inwardly. Guiding You Toward Balance & Wholeness Angelica’s intention is to help clients reconnect with their bodies as sources of intelligence, resilience, and peace. Through an integrated approach that unites modern Massage Therapy with yogic principles and energy awareness, she offers grounded, compassionate care that honours both structure and spirit. Her work supports the body’s return to harmony—inviting strength, stillness, and a deeper sense of connection within.
