**Renée RMT.,** began her career in the United Kingdom as a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist in 2009. Since then she has completed training and certification by The **Vodder** School in Manual Lymph drainage and Decongestive Therapy. This gentle and non invasive method focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system to enhance fluid movement and reduce swelling. It is used pre and post operative, to support the immune system, reduce fluid retention and manage lymphatic disorders. Upon returning to Ontario, Renée obtained a diploma in Massage Therapy and now balances her time in clinic and spa settings as a Registered Massage and **Lymphatic Therapist** . She is trained in the art of both Relaxation and Therapeutic treatments and has worked extensively with chronic conditions resulting from strain and discomfort caused by prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Renée’s outlook and treatments embrace an East meets West approach as she focuses on uncovering the root cause of an issue to alleviate symptoms and effectively boost health and wellness. She uses her empathic nature to provide a safe and nurturing space for her clients and is always looking for opportunities to grow in her practice.
