Tamara is a highly trained osteopathic manual practitioner, holding a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO). She is a member in good standing with the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA) through Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN). Her journey into osteopathy began through personal experience with acute injury and chronic pain. This deeply informs her compassionate, client-centered approach helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home in their bodies. With a background in theatre (BFA, York University), circus arts, and over 500 hours of yoga teacher training (YTT 500+), Tamara blends intuitive awareness with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and movement. Tamara is a dog lover, a foodie, and a mother.
