Prabjot graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Behavioural Neuroscience in 2018, where his interest in anatomy and human movement was sparked through kinesiology. This led him to pursue a postgraduate degree in physiotherapy in Sydney, Australia, which he completed in 2022. Since returning to Vancouver, Prabjot has been working in private practice, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. He has a particular interest in helping individuals recover from injury, optimize movement, and return to the activities they enjoy. Having grown up playing basketball, hockey, and soccer—and later transitioning into weightlifting and golf—Prabjot has personally experienced the impact of injuries and setbacks. These experiences shaped his approach to care, with a strong focus on not just recovery, but long-term performance and injury prevention. Prabjot is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), allowing him to assess golf-specific movement patterns and identify physical limitations that may contribute to swing inefficiencies, pain, or injury. He works with golfers to improve mobility, strength, and mechanics so they can play more comfortably, perform better, and stay on the course longer. His treatment approach combines education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise programs, with an emphasis on empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health. Prabjot has also completed training in the Bobath concept for neurological rehabilitation, which informs his understanding of movement and motor control. Outside of the clinic, you can find Prabjot playing golf, basketball, and soccer, or spending time outdoors with friends at the beach or on local hikes. Prabjot provides services in English and Punjabi.
