570 Okanagan Ave E, Salmon Arm, BC, V1E 1G7

Julie’s perspective, based on her 34 years of being an R.M.T. is that you cannot separate the mind from the body. Treating the whole body as One Body is essential for creating long-lasting results. Julie’s massage techniques involve deep tissue work using hot and cool stones, as well as working with the nervous system to induce a parasympathetic state. A skilled professional in this area, she is also an instructor providing education in hot stone massage. Julie is passionate about finding the root cause of your biggest problems—the reason that brought you into the massage clinic in the first place. Her care extends beyond what happens during your session. It extends to recommendations on your routines, work set up, and computer/electronic use to prevent the same pain and muscle tightness from reoccurring. Menopause and grief education is of special interest to Julie. Julie does not direct bill but offers payment methods of cash, cheque, etransfer and debit with a receipt for you to submit to your extended health plan. If you’re not meeting her in the treatment room, don’t be surprised to run into her at the beach or on a trail walk.
