I am a third-generation Massage Therapist, with a proud legacy of healing touch. My training at the Nevada School of Massage Therapy marked the beginning of a passionate journey. Since 2004, I have studied more than 33 massage modalities, weaving together a tapestry of knowledge and experience. I believe that the true essence of my craft lies in its continuous evolution, and I am always looking for opportunities to refine and expand my skills. My journey has taken me down various paths, from working with clients during the PBR and World Poker Tour to Spas and Chiropractic offices. Starting with a Sports Injury Chiropractic office and at Elemis Spa, I take immense pleasure in utilizing my expertise to assist my clients in attaining their health and wellness goals.

Lifestyle Massage 60 is a 60 minute massage that involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress; and to promote health and wellness. The focus is on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements in business, or sports. Therapeutic massage every week or two is a great addition to your normal regimen for anyone participating in regular physical activity.
