I graduated from Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in 2024 and have a passion for helping clients feel their best through therapeutic bodywork. My favorite modalities include Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Trigger Point Therapy, allowing me to customize each session to meet your individual needs. I recently returned from Costa Rica, where I completed a week long 32 extra credit, continuing education in Orthopedic Medical Massage to further expand my skills in addressing pain and movement-related concerns. I am also continuing my training in Craniosacral Therapy. My goal is to help clients reduce pain, restore balance, and improve overall well-being through compassionate, personalized care.
