I am a graduate of the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy and have been practicing since 2002 in the Adrian, MI area. I am licensed in the State of Michigan and Insured. My passion is to help people with their healing process and restoring the body to wellness. I am blessed to be able to use my hands in a therapeutic way to see peoples lives changed pain free! I specialize in Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Swedish-(Relaxation), Sports, and Medical Massage. These techniques help with muscular dysfunction and imbalances caused by chronic pain, injuries and poor posture. Whether you want to rest and relax or find a treatment to help your pain I will find a Technique that best meets your goal.
Sports massage- Uses a variety of massage techniques to a specific muscle group that has pain, tension muscle dysfunction, or for maintenance, designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. This massage uses alot of stretching. (This does not include a full body massage)
