I’ve been a registered massage therapist since 2010 and have provided thousands of hours of therapy for clients of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. My mission is simple: I want you to feel better, move better, and reconnect with yourself. As a person who exists in a larger body, I felt the need to create a safe, inclusive space that promotes pain and stress relief. I want you to leave my treatment room feeling great, connected with your body, and at peace. I have extensive training in a multitude of modalities and techniques, and I put that knowledge to work by designing a comprehensive, personalized treatment plan to meet your goals. My treatments are very unique as they take place fully clothed and on a mat on the floor. During my sessions, I use my hands, knees, and feet for deep pressure along with movement to help you feel better. Nothing makes me happier than having a client tell me that they have never felt “anything like this” before. I pride myself on discovering and treating the root cause of your pain. When I’m not working, you can find me curled up with a good book and a cup of tea, lifting weights, or running after my 3 kids

Massage Therapist Mentoring – In Person

This in-person mentoring session is for massage therapists who want hands-on guidance with Next Level Pain Relief (NLPR) techniques and treatment approach. We’ll work together in the treatment space so you can feel the techniques in your own body, practice them, and ask questions about how to integrate them into your sessions. Great for therapists who learn best through doing and want practical support refining their skills.
