*Second brick building on the left. Hi! I’m Elizabeth Gallien, Licensed Massage Therapist, and founder of Hampstead Pain Relief. My mission is straight-forwarded: RELIEF FOR ADULTS WITH NECK, SHOULDERS, AND BACK PAIN. My journey into massage began at an early age. I remember when I was 7 hearing my mom pace back and forward downstairs, because her back hurt so badly that she could not sleep. I would stand on a step; she would lend on a chair, and I’d massage her back until she felt better and could fall asleep. I also remember massaging my grandparents’ backs and they would often say I had magic hands. It was great to be able to help my family feel better! During my senior year at Nashua High School, I studied in their Licensed Nursing Program and earned my LNA. During college I worked as LNA in a care facility, and in the evenings, I would massage my residents’ legs in lotion. This was special for me, to see their relaxed faces and know how much I helped them. I went to New Hampshire Community Technical College and majored in Nursing and Massage Therapy. I continued in Nursing until last year when I realized I needed to focus on bringing healing touch more into healthcare. I worked in various settings including a spa, chiropractic office, gym, and a wholistic center for about 10 years. I then recently founded Hampstead Pain Relief in 2021 because of the freedom and power I have to make a strong connection between myself and the client so they can have the best experience possible. We are scouting adventurers! Our moto is do your best! The focus is to learn new skills and support our community while having fun.
