Over the course of my 18 years as a pain relief and exercise therapist, I've learned that most of the body aches and pains that people live with can be healed by giving the body the support it needs to restore balance. This is what drives me to come to work everyday, the desire to help my clients overcome unnecessary pain and mobility limitations so they can live happier, healthier, more active lives. I'm always searching for better, more effective strategies across the bodywork, exercise therapy and complementary healthcare fields.
