Dr. Kristin is an award-winning Naturopathic Doctor with a special interest in womens health, fertility, digestion and stress support. Her primary goal is to empower and educate her patients about their health and develop individualized treatment plans that are natural, safe and effective. She is additionally trained as a Facial Rejuvenation (Cosmetic) Acupuncture Practitioner, Naturopathic Doula (Pre-natal, Labour and Post-partum care), and has met the standards for prescribing and IV therapy. Dr. Kristin is licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND). Dr. Kristin has a passion for the outdoors and helping others through community education on local and international scales. She has participated in medical brigades, services projects and conferences in Nicaragua, Thailand, Kenya and Australia. When not with patients, youll find her spending as much time outside as possible, running, hiking, swimming, etc. Or if the weather is a bit too nasty, inside with a warm cup of tea and a good book.
Initial appointments are 75 minutes long and are required for all new patients. During this visit, a comprehensive health assessment is completed while going over your primary concerns and health goals.
