Dr. Olha Hrechynsky was born in Ukraine and raised in New Jersey. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Rutgers focusing on Biology as her major and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly known as NYCC). She’s been working with a wide variety of patients for a long time and loves what she does because it helps people feel better and live better lives. She’s helped people with everything from severe low back pain to minor injuries to just feeling well everyday after years of chronic pain. She always wants her patients to know that they are being heard and respected, and that they are in control of their health care journey. She believes in listening to her patients, taking time to truly understand them, and then working with them as partners to get their needs met. She focuses on manual therapy techniques, instrument assisted techniques, joint manipulation, decompression of the spine, kinesio-taping, home exercises routines all to promote healing and avoiding future injuries to help patients enjoy their lives without stopping. Dr. Hrechynsky enjoys witnessing people starting to feel better after receiving care. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and trying new restaurants.
