Laurie has experience in navigating the outdoors, including previous involvement in a variety of sports, and as a past member of Central Okanagan Search & Rescue (COSAR) and Civil Air Search & Rescue Association (CASARA). In treatment, Laurie uses techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, joint play, myofascial release and muscle energy. Laurie’s goal is to work with her clients to restore pain-free functional mobility, incorporating stretching, strengthening and mobility exercises. She is interested in furthering her education in concussion, lymph drainage and instrument-assisted techniques. In her free time, Laurie enjoys being in the fresh Okanagan air, time with family, travelling and reading.
