My name is Stefanie Gambino and I have been practicing massage for 20 years. I specialize in working with back and neck pain, sciatica, and more. I like to incorporate multiple types of massage in my sessions to best fit the needs of the client. Some of the courses and certifications I have are deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, reflexology, reiki, oncology massage, active isolated stretching, kinesio taping, orthopedic cupping, aromatherapy and more.
Massage
Therapeutic massage is designed to relieve muscle tension, help ease aches and pains, and to relax. This massage can incorporate many modalities to help fit the needs of the client. Some of those modalities include deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, hot stones, and more.
Lymphatic Drainage
Therapeutic Massage + Lymph Drainage Face Treatment. Lymphatic drainage is a form of gentle bodywork that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. This bodywork is helpful for the following conditions: acne vulgaris, rosacea, skin complexion, chronic sinusitis, bags under the eyes, facial swelling, and more.
