I truly love working with people and creating a peaceful, comfortable space for them to rest. My heart behind massage is simple - to help the body soften, to ease the pressure we all carry, and to give people a quiet moment to breathe again. I take a calm, intentional approach with every session, tayloring the work to each need. My hope is that when you walk out, you feel better, more relaxed, and a little more at ease. Serving people has always been where I feel called, and I'm grateful for the chance to offer that care through massage.
Massage
A personalized 60-minute therapeutic massage created to offer relief and ease after pressure. Each session is tailored to what you body needs that day - softening tension, calming stress, and giving you space to breathe and reset. My approach is gentle, intentional, and rooted in helpin you feel more grounded, relaxed, and restored.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells. People have been known to lose weight, have increased energy level
