I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and graduated with my Associate in Applied Science in Therapeutic Massage from Johnston Community College in 2017. My specialties include Therapeutic massage, Trigger-Point Therapy and Deep Tissue. Additionally, I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and provide Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage for individuals with various kinds of health issues. Also, if you like two hour massages, I do those too! On a more personal note, I live in Sampson County with my husband and family. My husband and I are both massage therapists at Bliss Day Spa. We have a two-and-a-half year old son that we love to spoil. During our free time, we tend to our small but growing homestead. We are also members of the Mingo Spanish Baptist Church in Godwin, NC. Massage
The Swedish Massage is all about relaxation. It consists of light to medium pressure, light stretches, and evenly spread-out massage strokes to help induce gentle muscle relaxation. Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage that is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues and back toward the heart and into the cardiovascular system for the body to naturally excrete via excretory organs. This is best for individuals with autoimmune illnesses and chronic soreness. This is also an excellent aid in seasonal detoxification. We can customize MLD sessions for clients with lymphedema.
