Oliana is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Langara’s Registered Massage Therapy Program, and earned her Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. As a life-long athlete, Oliana understands the importance of rest and rehabilitation in promoting health and wellness. Through techniques such as Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy, she utilizes a collaborative approach to curate a unique treatment to help clients meet their goals - whether it be stress relief, decreasing muscle tension, or injury management and rehabilitation. Oliana is dedicated to empowering her clients by fostering a safe and communicative environment, where clients feel heard and actively involved in their care. Outside of the clinic Oliana enjoys reading, crocheting and knitting. She also enjoys checking out new coffee shops and bakeries! You may also find her out on the field playing ultimate frisbee, or inside the gym working out and playing volleyball. Oliana is fluent in English and can speak conversational Mandarin.
