Ivy Elling Quaintance (she/her/hers) earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from McGill University and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Washington State University, where she rowed on an athletic scholarship and gained experience working in an exercise physiology lab. She is passionate about empowering individuals to address pelvic floor health with confidence and manage chronic pain. As a physiotherapist, her goal is to equip patients with knowledge and support through a biopsychosocial lens, combined with her enthusiasm for physical activity. In her spare time, Ivy enjoys trail running, socializing, backpacking, cooking, and meeting new people.
