Anna graduated from the 3000 hour massage therapy diploma program at WCCMT in 1999. With over 20 years of experience as a Health care professional, she has worked with a variety of patients, and injuries ranging from toddlers & pre-natal, sports rehab, motor vehicle accidents to palliative care. 2006 she fulfilled a dream of creating, Dominelli Massage Therapy clinic, which evolved over the years into a muli-diciplinary wellness clinic in the heart of Coquitlam. Her passion and commitment to a warm, professional, spa-like space for therapeutic care for the community was fueled by the support of her family. Those 10 years, as owner/operator of the clinic, and collaborator with other allied heath care practitioners, provided a wealth of opportunity for integrative learning, and refining her practice. Having recovered herself, from a broken back, various sports related injuries and a concussion, she has empathy and a deeper understanding of pain & stress management, while working to regain function and balance in the whole body. Now, her treatment approach is that of a holistic type of treatment, as pain, stress, grief and loss can manifest in the body ,in the forms of injury and tension. Anna brings her knowledge, skills and personal life experience together, with focus on the mind-body connection and promoting self care, while also using treatment Techniques such as Swedish massage, Deep tissue manipulation and Myofascial release. She is passionate about her family, travelling and living a healthy lifestyle. Along with her two children, together it’s their lifelong goal to explore & discover all the amazing gifts our earth has to offer.
