Alex Tymoshenko is a chiropractor who completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College. Sport and activity have always been a part of his life. From hockey and Ukrainian dancing as a kid, to MMA and Olympic weightlifting later in life he has always been semi competitive. As an Olympic weightlifter, he has competed at the national level and coached athletes to both national and international competitions. With this training, he has experienced inevitable strains and overuse injuries. Luckily, he has always had a chiropractor in his corner to help him - that chiropractor was his father. It was building the resilience to get through injuries and becoming stronger that helped him realize he aspired to be a chiropractor. As a chiropractor, he sees it as his job to educate you on the human body, restore optimal range of motion and rule out any movement patterns to empower you to a sustainable lifestyle. In his practice, Alex incorporates soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, adjustments, scraping and exercise prescription.
