Paulo graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and has been a practicing member affiliated with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists since 2019. He has previous experience as a personal trainer and has led group exercises through a gym and community setting. He has also led the mobility program within a long-term care facility to facilitate the needs of the residents to improve and sustain their overall well-being and physical function. Paulo has always enjoyed lending a helping hand, and with the role as a Kinesiologist, he is able to provide the assistance to others by creating individualized goals and plans in consideration of each of his client’s specific needs. On his spare time, Paulo always enjoys a good sweat from working out, having some downtime to play video games, and loves exploring new local cafes and coffee shops.
