With over 30 years of experience working with and listening to the body through massage and CranioSacral therapy, Karin’s work is rooted in the understanding that true healing arises from attentive listening to the whole person. Born in the south of Germany, she was introduced early to natural and alternative healing traditions, which shaped a lifelong respect for the body’s innate intelligence and its capacity to restore balance when given the right conditions. Informed by decades of hands-on, body-centered practice, she works through mindful touch, awareness, and intentional care to help the body release patterns of holding, stress, and imbalance. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, she creates a therapeutic environment that supports balance, function, and the body’s natural healing processes through a whole-person approach. Karin lives in the Hudson Valley with her family and maintains a strong interest in current research exploring the nervous system, mind-body regulation, and the science behind integrative and somatic healing practices. She believes that with mindful, compassionate support, the body naturally remembers how to restore balance, resilience, and well-being.
