Sana Usmani is a licensed physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience in Canada and abroad. She provides evidence-based, individualized care to help clients recover from injury, manage pain, and improve movement. She has advanced training in Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy, treating dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, and post-concussion symptoms. Sana also holds certifications in Neurodynamic Solutions and MDTA (McKenzie Method), giving her specialized expertise in nerve-related conditions, low back pain, and radiculopathy. Sana has extensive experience treating acute and chronic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and complex musculoskeletal conditions.
