Sylvanna is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC. As a practitioner, she is dedicated to creating a calm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout their wellness journey. She enjoys working with a wide range of conditions, including tension headaches, migraines, repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain, muscle recovery, and symptoms related to stress and nervous system dysregulation. However, her practice is open to everyone, and each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual. Her treatment style is slow, intentional, and focused on supporting the nervous system. She integrates a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, and active therapeutic methods to provide care that is both effective and restorative. Sylvanna has also completed additional training in hot stone massage and is pleased to offer this deeply relaxing and therapeutic modality. Outside of the treatment room, Sylvanna enjoys hiking, running, skiing, creating art, and spending time with loved ones.

This deeply restorative massage is designed to support and regulate the nervous system, helping the body shift out of chronic stress and into a state of safety, ease, and repair. Using slow, intentional touch, gentle pressure, and rhythmic techniques, this treatment encourages activation of the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) response.
