I love being active. For me one of the most truly frustrating things is not being able to move the way I want to. For years I had injuries that kept me from doing what I wanted. I was so fortunate to have people that were amazing at bodywork that slowly helped me get back to being active. I went from not being able to run for almost 3 years to qualifying and competing in the 70.3 Ironman World Championships. There was no one thing that fixed me and I was not fixed in one day. However, through consistent body work that led to improved quality of life because of this I made my way back. I want to be able to help others get the most out of themselves. Whether that is daily performance at work or to athletic performance on the weekends.
