Connor has been a Licensed Massage Therapist and yoga teacher since 2017 and believes that massage therapy can be much more comprehensive than simply manipulating physical tissues. She strives to help others feel a deeper and more peaceful connection with their physical body and nervous system, while providing treatments that address and prevent painful holding patterns. She creates a safe space for her clients as she brings her witnessing presence and intuitive blend of techniques to each session in order to encourage the innate wisdom of each clients body to do the work it was designed to do: heal itself. Many of Connors clients have gravitated towards her work because of how she blends her targeted technical skills with her spirituality and energy work. She offers treatments with a variety of modalities including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Lomi Lomi, neuromuscular therapy, stretch and release, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and Swedish.
