**Current athletes with Rugby Alberta/ Mavericks/Hornets, Cochrane Generals or a referral from a HCP: please reach out to me directly.* Hi, I’m Charné! I’m a Certified Athletic Therapist with 10 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and recover from injuries so they can get back to doing the things they love. I work with everyone from competitive athletes and weekend warriors to individuals managing everyday aches, pains, and injuries. My approach combines hands-on treatment, individualized rehabilitation, and injury prevention strategies to help you recover, build strength, and stay active. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with athletes at the recreational, provincial, national, and international levels. These experiences have shaped my belief that every person and every injury is different. I focus on understanding how your body moves, identifying factors contributing to your symptoms, and creating a realistic treatment plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. I'm also completing my fifth year of osteopathic education at the Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy. This training has expanded my clinical approach to include a more comprehensive, whole-body perspective on assessment and treatment. My case series research explored the effects of global osteopathic treatment on persistent post-traumatic headaches following mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), reflecting my interest in concussion management and complex clinical presentations. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, returning to sport, or simply wanting to move and feel better, my goal is to help you get there with confidence.
