Dr. Megan James is a pelvic floor physical therapist dedicated to helping individuals thrive through a holistic approach to wellness. Dr. Megan sees patients of all genders and treats a wide variety of pelvic floor conditions. She has a particular passion for treating chronic pelvic pain, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, pain with intercourse, interstitial cystitis, and bowel dysfunction . She is a trauma-informed therapist who recognizes its impact on pain and quality of life. As an experienced runner and ultramarathoner, she also enjoys helping moms return to sport after pregnancy. Megan is also Lumbopelvic Dry Needling Certified and trained in myofascial as well as visceral mobilization techniques.
