Born and raised in Napanee, I am thrilled to be back working in my hometown. I graduated from Queen’s University in 2014 with a Masters of Physical Therapy and have completed additional courses in post-concussion syndrome, acupuncture and dry needling, and running injuries and prevention. My husband and I live in the Newburgh area with our two girls, ages 5 and 8. When not in the office, you can catch me on an outside hike or adventure with my girls, doing virtual bootcamp or strolling through town with a latte in hand.
