Michelle is an osteopathic practitioner and lactation consultant with a special interest in maternity and pediatric care. She graduated from the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice in Vancouver in 2025 and takes a holistic, hands-on approach to identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction, helping clients restore balance and mobility. With a background in nursing and years of experience supporting families, Michelle was drawn to osteopathy after personally experiencing its benefits. She now focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, using gentle techniques to release tension, improve movement, and optimize overall function. Her treatments may include joint mobilization, myofascial and visceral techniques, craniosacral therapy, and other hands-on methods tailored to each client’s needs. Whether working with newborns, supporting postpartum recovery, or addressing chronic pain and postural imbalances, Michelle is dedicated to helping clients feel and function at their best.
