Dr. Laurel Pauli received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto with Summa Cum Laude distinction. She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2018. She is also a graduate of the McMaster University Contemporary Acupuncture program and is certified in instrument assisted soft tissue therapy technique. While completing her undergraduate degree, she had the opportunity to work as a therapist for the Women’s Varsity Field Hockey team and was fortunate enough to travel across Canada with the athletes and provide on field care for various sports-related injuries. Dr. Pauli uses an evidence-based approach in her practice and believes each individual is unique. She strives towards providing an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan for every patient. She likes to use a diverse range of treatment techniques, including chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, modalities, progressive rehabilitative exercises, and education. She has a special interest in sports-related injuries, jaw/facial pain, neck pain/headaches, back pain, nerve-related pain, healthy aging and other musculoskeletal injuries. When she’s not in the clinic you may find her spending her free time finding ways to stay active and healthy. She loves practicing yoga, weight training, downhill skiing and paddle boarding as forms of exercise. Dr. Pauli also likes exploring the city for the best restaurants, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Pauli looks forward to working with her patients to educate and inspire them towards reaching their health goals.
