Welcome! I’m thrilled you’re here. I’m a proud University of Alberta graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, and a Diploma in Medical Acupuncture. I truly love what I do, and that passion shines through in every aspect of my care. My favorite part of being a physiotherapist is connecting with people from all backgrounds and walks of life—each interaction enriches my perspective and fuels my commitment to serving the public. Outside of work, I’m an avid sports fan and was fortunate to play for the U of A Pandas hockey team and Team Canada. Weekends find me embracing the great outdoors at the family lakelot, either on the water or relaxing by the fire. I also enjoy walking my dogs, re-reading Harry Potter (annually!), visiting Disney parks, listening to music, and cheering on the Oilers. Since graduation, I’ve pursued extensive post-graduate training to expand my expertise. My specialties include manual therapy (optimize hands-on care), dry needling/Gunn IMS, jaw (TMJ) dysfunction assessment and treatment, acupuncture, orthotics, canine rehabilitation, concussion assessment and treatment, and pelvic floor physiotherapy (note: I’m not currently accepting patients for pelvic floor physio). It’s my goal to help you achieve yours—whether that means easing pain, regaining function, or rediscovering the joys of movement. Let’s work together to reclaim the aspects of your life that matter most to you
