Brandon Hang is a Registered Massage Therapist who focuses on performance and recovery. His treatments blend myofascial release, fascial stretch therapy, deep tissue work, and therapeutic exercise to help clients move better, recover faster, and stay active. Before becoming an RMT, Brandon spent 8 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, working with individuals training for Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and general fitness goals. This background gives him a strong understanding of how the body moves under load and how to support it through both training and recovery. A graduate of Fanshawe College, Brandon was drawn to Massage Therapy through his belief that health is one of life’s greatest values. He is currently pursuing further education in osteopathy to continue expanding his clinical skill set. His goal is simple: help people get back to doing the physical activities they love, big or small. Originally from Windsor and now based in London, Brandon spends his time outside the clinic weight training and preparing for his next CrossFit or fitness competition.
