I am a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of MacEwan University, passionate about helping clients feel their best. I offer therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, postnatal, pediatric, and senior massage, as well as dynamic cupping and manual lymphatic drainage treatments. I have a special interest in helping clients recover from physical activity and everyday stress. I have also had the opportunity to provide pre-event and post-event sports massage for several Edmonton Elks players, which has further strengthened my passion for sports massage and athletic recovery. My areas of focus include lower back and upper body tension, neck and shoulder mobility, elbow and forearm discomfort, wrist strain, and movement restrictions that can affect comfort, performance, and recovery.
