M.Ed., RYT-500, LMT: I am a 2011 graduate of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. I continued studying at the Amrit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs, Florida where I became certified in Yoga Nidra and Meditation in Motion. What began as a journey of self-inquiry grew into a desire to share the gifts of massage and yoga that I have received. My intention during your massage is to provide you with a personalized experience allowing you the time and space to relax where you can unwind as you tap into your own felt sense of connection of body, mind, and spirit.
A synchronized bodywork experience where two therapists work on you at the same time. Each therapist works in complementary patterns, creating a rhythmic flow that can feel like a full-body choreography. The session often combines techniques such as long sweeping strokes, kneading, and focused pressure, allowing your muscles to relax more quickly and deeply. Because your brain can’t keep up with the simultaneous input, it often encourages a faster drop into deep relaxation and can feel almost meditative.
