Kaila is a physiotherapist and pelvic health therapist who strives to help her clients feel better and move better. Kaila enjoys helping others take care of their health and educates them on how to stay active throughout life. She’s an expert at creating effective, individualized plans with the goal of enhancing performance and optimizing recovery by performing a thorough assessment. With a focus on helping you achieve results through manual therapy and movement programming, she enjoys teaching others so you can walk away gaining a better understanding of your body. Kaila has completed a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine, and enjoys working with athletic populations on the sidelines and in clinic. Kaila has also additional training in pelvic health and pilates, which she uses to improve how clients are connecting with their postural systems. Kaila is an avid sports fan and enjoys assising clients to perform at their best.
