Rubeka is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist committed to helping individuals achieve their recovery, rehabilitation, and wellness goals through personalized, evidence-based care. With a particular interest in manual therapy, Rubeka integrates a variety of treatment approaches, including dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and patient education, to support recovery from injury, reduce pain, and improve overall function. She is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to achieve long-term health and well-being. Since 2020, Rubeka has practiced in both private and public healthcare settings across Canada, gaining extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She is committed to ongoing professional development and strives to deliver high-quality care that reflects the latest evidence and best practices in physiotherapy. Outside of the clinic, Rubeka enjoys spending quality time with her two young children, family, and friends. She leads an active lifestyle and enjoys hiking, camping, badminton, volleyball, and meditation.
