Ashley has a natural drive to help people and has always had a passion for healing and exploring various avenues of healthcare. Since graduating from Eastern College with a Diploma in Massage therapy with Distinction in 2019, Ashley has continued to develop her knowledge in Cupping Therapy, Myofascial System Techniques, Introduction to Kinesiology taping, Motor Vehicle Accident Communications and reviewing assessments, treatment modality adaptations and stretching. Ashley also holds a Diploma in Personal Support Work from NBCC. Ashley has experience with treating various ailments and injuries, and strives to provide complete care to her clients by discovering the ultimate reason or root cause behind the symptoms, and by providing tailored treatments to every client. When Ashley is not healing through massage therapy you can find her hiking, practicing yoga, running, hosting dinners, spending time with her family and friends, adventuring, enjoying new experiences and living by her personal motto: “Always stay humble and be kind”.
