I was very active growing up. In my last year of high school I had some shoulder issues. A teammate's mom, who was a massage therapist, worked on my shoulder. It was then that I became interested in massage therapy. It took many years looking into several schools, but I finally found what I was looking for here in Minot, ND, at Spectrum School of Massage. I then went on to an intensive course on lymphatic massage in Florida.

Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle, light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells. Great for after surgeries, relaxing, or trying to detox.
